WEBSITE TECHNOLOGY HELP:

How do I navigate this website?
You can navigate this website by using the menu on the left side of each page. Each menu item when clicked on will take you into a page or set of pages related to that topic. Some pages will contain links to related items or references or may take you to another website, in which case the link will open into a new window. Other general links can be found at the footer of each page.

A link I clicked on had an error?
If you have clicked on a link to another page on our website which created an error, please email webmaster@unionshopper.com.au and tell us what page you were on and which link created the error. If another website was linked from our site and reaching that website caused an error please try again later, it may just have been temporarily offline. However if any links continue to fail then also please report the situation to the webmaster.

I can't open the PDF files?
This website may use PDF documents. Any links to these documents will show the PDF icon Get FREE Adobe Reader. To open PDF files you need to have either the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or a full version of Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer.

To get Acrobat free, click on the PDF icon on the page displaying PDF documents or click here to be taken direct to the Adobe download page [this will open in a new window]. Simply then follow the prompts to the relevant version that suits your operating system, and click "DOWNLOAD" to download the program to your computer. Once the file is saved on your computer, open it to install Acrobat Reader. You should now be able to open, see and print PDF files.

Website pages seem out of date
Website pages contained in this site are updated regularly, but the version you see may not be the latest. This can happen when there is a cache between you and the webpage you are trying to read. Sometimes a cache doesn't update when you want it to, and gives you back an old version of the page, even though there's a newer version on the Web site. In this case you will need to update your browser cache. The cache may be the one maintained by your browser on your computer.

First, try refreshing or reloading the page from the Web site.
In Internet Explorer, click the Refresh button. If the pages are within frames, right-click within the frame you want to refresh and choose Refresh from the pop-up menu.
In Netscape, click the Reload button, or choose View-Reload or View-Reload Frame from the menu.

If that doesn't work, you can manually clear this cache, forcing the browser to reload the pages from the website.
In Internet Explorer 4 or above, choose View-Options, select the General tab and click Delete Files in the Temporary Files area.
In Netscape 4 or above, choose Edit-Preferences in the menu. In the dialogue box, click the + box beside the Advanced menu to open it. Select the Cache option. Click the Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache buttons.

Enable Scripting in your Browser Preferences
The Motor Market website is optimised for use with Internet Explorer version 4 and above. This website also contains script. Scripting must be enabled in your Browser Preferences. If your Browser does not enable scripting, the page will still be viewable but some functions may not operate. We recommend that you enable scripting in any browser you use to achieve the most from our website and an optimal browsing experience.
